I need a pci compatible card, and I need it for WOW to play again.|||That particular model has an AGP onboard video, but probably no AGP slot. If you have a free PCI slot, then it should work. Also, you can only upgrade the ram to a max of 512mb.
Even with the video card, I am not sure how well it will run WoW as the computer is slow and does not have much RAM.|||I would look at GeForce 9500GT or a Radeon 4350, Both are absurdly slow by today's standards, but they are much, much faster than the POS Radeon 9250, and can be had in PCI configuration.
At any rate the Radeon 9250 does not meet the minimum specs for WoW.
