Will my power supply support a ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card?

Will my computer support a ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card?

It says it needs a minimum 450w power supply, but when I looked at this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090107045154AAP5yj8 and this: http://forums.atomicmpc.com.au/index.php?showtopic=264 I am now starting to think otherwise.

My power supply:

Here are my specs:

Motherboard: acer mcp73pv

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz

3.00 GB ddr2 ram

Windows Vista Home Premium

ATI HD 3450

Thank you for your help, and Happy Holidays!|||ATI states the HD 4670 needs at least a 400 watt PSU. I would get at least 500w for a little overhead so the PSU doesn't overheat while gaming or video palyback.
