What is the best PCI video card?

I cant upgrade my rig.



I don't have AGP slots.



I don't have pci-e slots



I was looking at an ATI radeon 9250 PCI for running starcraft 2.



What is the Best available PCI video card available?|||Pretty much all PCI video cards are going to be absolute garbage and likely completely unable to play Starcraft 2. The PCI bus just doesn't have the necessary bandwidth to support any descent video cards, and even most 5+ year old computers at leave have AGP slots. If you do not have AGP or PCI-E, it's highly likely your CPU and other computer specs are inadequate to play StarCraft 2 anyway.



Your best option would be to just save your money until you can afford to buy a new computer.
